Description:




A multi storey development of ten
floors consisting of basement, ground
and levels. Telecity occupies the basement, ground
floor technical and levels 1-4. HAB Internet's
suite is located on level 1.

Building Specifications

Harbour Exchange offers a secure, resilient environment for hosting
customer platforms through the following utilities, connectivity, security,
cooling/fire suppression and support specifications.

  Lighting (operational/emergency) 500/2 LUX
   

Connectivity:









There are 2 diverse routes consisting of 9 x 110mm
Ø ducts entering the building at either end of the facility;
the cables are routed securely to ODFs located in the frame
rooms.

All cabling within the faciility is controlled by Telecity. Carrier
feeds are added or removed.

All cabling is anonymous. Telecity uses a cable infrastructure
database which is updated every time circuits are added or removed.
   

Security:

24x7 on-site manned.
  Customer access list, Smart Card, escorted visitation
  CCTV throughout the facility
  Additional customer specific measures available as required.
 

Cooling/fire suppression:

  Temperature of 23°C (±2°) in equipment zone
  Humidity of 50% (±10%)
  VESDA fire detection system.
  Double knock high fog fire suppression system
