Your infrastructure is served by the high levels of protection with our secure suite. Access to our suite is controlled by a combination of monitored CCTV, permanently manned patrols, and swipe card entry. Users pass without hindrance, while unwelcome visitors are kept safely out of bounds. The London Colocation Datacentre is supported and managed by experienced personnel. In addition to resilient security and availability safeguards, TeleCity's premises feature reinforced raised floors, air-conditioned temperature control, fluorescent lighting, fire detection and suppression equipment, and minute fog particle fire extinguisher devices. Constant availability is ensured by a series of fully redundant UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) contingencies, filtered power supplies and back-up generators. In unpredictable and catastrophic circumstances, they will be there.
